Seeking Help Cloud recording available in which channels - airtel internet tv?

Its not available in all channels according to other posts.

I am hoping for cloud recording atleast in hindi entertainment - star plus, sab, colors, lifeok ; and movies - hindi, and knowledge channels - discovery, historytv, natgeo, sony earth

Strange: talked to airtel, they said cloud recording and catch up are not available. catch up will be available in 3-4 months, no idea about cloud recording.

I thought this feature had already rolled out ?

Bro its available only on Airtel Internet TV and in only certain 100+ channels catch up TV feature enabled and no Hindi movie channel has this catch up TV feature but all Hindi GEC HD & SD channels except Star Network alone has this feature.

While coming to cloud recording it will be few more channels and here certain Hindi movie channels included Zee & Sony group HD & SD channels could be recorded on cloud.

so catchup is indeed available, but not in star network. What about cloud recording ? is it currently available ? in discovery and all channels ?

I wonder why the call center lady told me this feature is not available. I also specifically asked her to confirm this, so she put me on hold for 5 minutes.

Infotainment SD channels alone there's a cloud recording feature on few channels like Discovery network SD,Animal Planet SD & Sony BBC Earth SD and no Infotainment HD Channels has Cloud recording feature.

Catchup TV & Cloud recording still might be in testing phase only as it's now available only on select channels that might be the reason for CC not aware of it or they might even confused as lots of discussions regarding similar features for normal HD Boxes too widely prevalent nowadays.
