Does it improve picture quality.

Quality Is Not Improve Because Already Tata Sky Have Very Good Quality PQ
Mpeg 4 Give More Space To Beam More Channels

Example

One 36 mhz Transponder Tata Sky Use

If Mpeg 2 Than They Carry Only 20 to 22 SD Channels
If Mpeg 4 Than They Carry 45-50 SD Channels In One Transponder
