CNN IBN currently not available on SCV

CNN IBN currently not available on analog SCV
CNN IBN, CNBC, NICK, MTV,sonic not available on digital ( blank)
all the tv18 english channels not available

In SCV analog,
CNN IBN not available from yes'day.
NICK available till today morning
Looks SCV trying to push all channels in the first slots..
Not allowing LCOs to put their channels

Two channels missing for me 1: CNNIBN and an unknown channel next to it, both are blanks now. What else can i expect from SCV?

i feel there is some issue with SUN and TV18 network. as only those channels are facing the issue

They actually had a group called Sun18. They even had a website on this.
