Zee TV’s latest weekend show, Fear Files, opens at 3.8 TVR; Punar Vivah fails to make it to top 10 of fiction shows in Week 26
Star Plus has maintained its leadership with six shows among the top 10 during weekdays among Hindi GECs, based on data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 26 (June 24 – June 30). Colors has secured three shows in the list with Balika Vadhu at No. 2. Zee TV is left with one show; Punar Vivah could not find a place in the top 10.
Among weekend shows, Zee TV has acquired the top two spots with DID Little Masters at the top and its latest weekend show, Fear Files, checking in at No. 2. Fear Files was the slot leader at its launch. Sony’s crime shows, Crime Patrol and CID, are at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Satyamev Jayate on Star Plus has slipped to No. 5. Jhalak Dikhhla Ja and Indian Idol are at No. 6 and No. 7, respectively.
Weekday shows
Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus remains the chart topper in Week 26 of TAM 2012 despite a marginal drop. The show has fetched an average of 4.9 TVR (last week 5.0).
Colors’ Balika Vadhu has consolidated its position at No. 2, fetching an average TVR of 4.4 this week (last week 4.0).
Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai on Star Plus has held on to its No. 3 position with improved ratings. The show has garnered an average of 3.7 TVR (last week 3.3).
Star Plus’ other fiction Pratigya has also seen an improvement in its average TVR this week. At No. 4, the show averaged at 3.3 TVR (last week 3.1).
With Punar Vivah going out of the top 10 club, Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is back at No. 5. The show garnered an average of 3.3 TVR (last week 3.1).
At No. 6, Saathiya on Star Plus has been stable with an average TVR of 3.0 TVR this week (last week 3.0).
Colors’ fiction show Sasural Simar Ka has made it to the top 10 for the first time with an average TVR of 3.0 TVR.
Zee TV’s only show in the top 10 list this week, Pavitra Rishta, has maintained status quo. It remains No. 8 show with an average TVR of 2.8 this week.
At No. 9 is Star Plus’ Is Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. It fetched 2.7 TVR this week (last week 2.5).
Colors’ third show in the top 10 list is Uttaran which is at No. 10 with 2.7 TVR this week.
Sony’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain has failed to make it to the top 10 club this week. It was at No. 9 last week with an average TVR of 2.7 TVR.
