Conditions for merging two accounts

Can anyone tell me all the conditions to merge 2 accounts. i have 2 accounts both on my name and address out of which 1 is 6 years old and other is 4-5 months old connection.

Can we separate a secondary box from Tatasky connection & install it myself on different place with different dish without letting them know this? As it can save some money as it will be treated as multi room connection too.
