D2h SD 1011 Stb box- restart Automatically

i am using videocon d2h sd 1011 box from today afternoon my box is restart automatically upto 6 times per minute.At that time i switched off and on then again restarting automatically

no problem in power supply,

What can i do

today afternoon i told about this problem to customer care, they take complaint immediatly

in my area technical personal came to my home he replaced the new stb box now,service charge is 400 rupees

the problem is solved

Box is same model.compare to old size is big

But new swap box software is upgraded

u know one thing, My account information is not available in old box but in new box its available

last two years i am using videocon d2h This is a first time our d2h service is very faster than other dth(within 6 hours new box)
