Correct. The concept of "Tez" (meaning Fast in Hindi) was to provide quick, short snippets of news that convey the entire topic, instead of long reports on the same. It was intended for "busy people" who dont have much time to watch news, and want to cover the maximum topics in a limited time. Hence, in spite of TV Today network having AajTak already, they launched Tez as a channel too.
