DD National outage on dishtv during 1st episode of Ramayan

DD National was disrupted on dishtv during iconic Ramayan serial telecast. Many users lashed out on social media. Even prasar bharati CEO has to tweet regarding massive complaints.
Few days ago dish owned D2H was also disrupted.

SD was covering full screen
HD black on right and left and picture on the middle.
