Surely they can with their permission... Just adding DD FD Transponders to network is be done... they r using GSAT15 and DD FD Too operating the same Sat...

DD Free Dish already have a contract with Dish TV. This is the main reason no other DTH till day today is able to use DD Free Dish channels even though they can easily get the signals

Only Sun Direct and D2H can use DD Free Dish apart from Dish TV.

Sun Direct dish can be aligned a bit more to get all DD Free Dish TPs.
D2H can have monoblock LNB to catch DD Free Dish.

Other DTH will have low signal issue due to degree difference.
