DEN Networks and its joint venture partners seem to have resolved their differences over several issues, including carriage and subscription deals.
The JV partners had a meeting with the DEN top brass where they voiced their concerns. DEN Networks chairman and managing director Sameer Manchanda was present in the meeting, as was CEO Pradeep Parameswaran.
“The management heard us out. We resolved our differences amicably. We got some assurances,” said Ravi Singh, president of DEN India JV Association. Singh is also a JV partner in Mumbai-based DEN Satellite Network.
The JV partners recently formed an association, DEN India JV Association, and raised concerns about future funding, stake dilution, and centralised carriage and subscription deals.
