I don't think so, if we take the addons individually; Dish TV seems to be somewhat cost effective.

But, instead of activating the base package and all these addons; one can simply buy a DTV postpaid with Pearl package. At least, the decoder comes with a better quality h/w and s/w with life time warranty.
