Seeking Help Dish NXT box showing black screen and dish TV logo

Hi everyone,

My dish TV NXT set-top box is showing black screen with dish TV logo appearing on screen but it's not scanning channels and stuck on it. What should I do ? i already tried hard reset and software update but still the issue remains the same.

Check dish position its signal down u not watching any channel

Signals 100% Ok for all frequencies. This seems some kind of hardware problem
