Is Tata play is collaborate with Dolby?

Tata Play and Airtel are official partners of Dolby.

Dolby Digital (DD) showing in Dish Smrt Hub Set Top Box.

Dish Set top box having capability of decode Dolby, But offcially Dish TV DTH doesn't collaborate with Dolby. That is the difference. Even our Home theater will show as Dolby sound. actually it is referring 5.1 sound as Dolby sound.
