Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
The ''Trading Window'' for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 from May 11, 2015 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 i.e. close of trading hours of May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window will open from May 29, 2015.
