Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE regarding
"Special Notice regarding shifting of registered
office of Company from National Capital Territory
of Delhi (i.e. from the jurisdiction of Registrar of
Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana) to the
State of Maharashtra (i.e. to the jurisdiction of
Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra)
and consequent alteration to the Memorandum
of Association of the Company".
