Dish TV "ORC" Service Detail.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for writing to DISHTV.
We would like to inform you that as per telephonic conversation with Mr. JITENDER KUMAR on 9XXX6XX4XX, we are going to start a new service called ORC on 1st Jan'14 under which we have selected 36 ORC channels which will be remove from your packages, but as there are only 20 channels which are the part of your package and same channels have been shared with you, which you can activated on your connection by confirming us .


Kindly go through with the below mentioned points for more details:

1.For 36 ORC channels, you will get 100 bonus points for every channel not requested. For eg: if you will avails 18 out of 20 ORC channels of your package, 200 bonus points will be credited to your VC on 1st Jan'13.

2.100 bonus points per channel will be automatically credited to your account on 1st Jan'14 against channels not requested and those channels which you want to view for that you need to request us for the same.

3.These bonus points have a validity of 6 months .

nice information bro, but what about the bonus points. as usual this can be used for only mod nonstop and ZeeQ or topper, then sorry no use of bonus point, as i am having more than 300 bonus point without used for 3months now. so please clarify with them for using the bonus points as well.

I dont understand the point in removing the channels as far as customer is concerned. Because cust will be getting only MOD/ZQ....

The channels will be removed which they never watch and they will get mod free.
For example out of listed 37 channel,i want only 5.So by unsubscribing these channels will get mod which i want to watch.
So what is the problem?:huh

Is History TV 18, MTV and CNN IBN is the part of Super Gold or not. If not then why this channel is coming its just confuse the viewers.

I think most of the cust are not just interested in MOD/ZQ....
Why Dishtv is not allowing viewres to choose any other a-la-carte instead of just MOD/ZQ...
Here Dishtv is getting what they want & at the same time viewers are not given any other option to choose other than MOD/ZQ...
Dishtv is reducing their content price, at the same time they are getting more viewers to their own channels like MOD/ZQ....
If Didhtv has something to do with TV18, its their problem, customers should not be force to watch only 2 channels instead of 36 chnnels.

Actually Bro the reason dish tv give Zee Q in bonus point is because Zee Q is not the part of Zee Turner Alliance and for dish tv Zee Q is almost free, bonus points is actually a free thing so they can't give you those things for free which they bought by paying a hudge money.
