Dish TV turned off signals of 2 TPs

No Signal on 11038 H and 11172 H TPs now. Dish TV turned off signals from these two TPs. They are not coming up in blind scan.

Still robots are not programmed to exclude these TPs from scanning and the robot is saying channels are available in the deactivated TPs from which no signals can be received :lol :lol

I think DishTV will convert these 2 TPs to MPEG4 DVBS2 for HD channels Later.
