Its not surprisin dishtv tested 5.1 service already on SD channel a month ago..

Its a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound..gives u a feelin of HD channel sound on SD channel..

Instead of adding DD audio on sd channels they should add DD audio on pending HD channels like star sports HD 1,2,3,4, Star Movies Select HD,sony HD,colors HD and all other pending HD channels which doesn't have DD audio
