Dishtv STB reboots

Friends..

I have an issue in my Dishtv Dish+ STB.
I cannot go to the installation menu to change the frequency..

When I press the Red button (Menu > Help > STB info.> Setup )
the system reboots and couldn't get the installation menu.

Someone pl. help me.

When stb is being on and tv screen showing loading please wait dishtv's remot press menu now your problem will be solve

:no dear when you switch on your dishtv,you need to press menu botton 15 scand on remote, home frequecy show on the screen,than press ok and dail 9523 on your remote,you will see edit transponer show.hre you can add your favorite tranponder.
