Disney Junior and Nick Junior not getting in Dish Tv

Hi,

I am not able to get Channel No.531 and 532 (Disney Jr & Nick Jr) for the past 4 months.I activated these through SMS (bcoz its free for HD royal Pack).But even after that, i am not getting.I even called the customer care:wall. but no use.Please help.

Because this Channels is not available in Any of the Pack & even in Al carte basis.
