In portal they claim dolby digital but in reality it is not present. Any dolby enabled device must have double D logo of Dolby Laboratories on the equipment. In this case the tata play HD set top box does not have it. I have raised the issue with them through X handle but no reply yet. I urge you to raise this issue through social media. They must stop this fraud.

Check this Tata Play binge box 2024. All devices around the world must be licensed by Dolby Labs and should have DD logo on the device. In our case it is not there on the device. If you do not raise to the situation you have to settle with PCM sound only. I am fighting with them and they do not have any direct answer to the problem. It's your hard earned money you have invested on this device. It's your call buddy.
