Seeking Help Dolby Digital Plus Problem

I Have took new Airtel HEVC HD STB but i couldnt able to get dolby digital plus (7.1) output from HDMI in it, but i could i=able to get dolby digital output (5.1) is any one else facing similar issue.My TV supports Dolby Digital Plus.

Bro 5.1 and 7.1 sound only came for home theatre not for TV.

No Bro in videocon i used to get 5.1 dolby and even in airtel internet tv box my bro in law getting 7.1 sound in TV.

Just asking to know is it a software problem or my box is defective. i have checked using other HDMI cables also but same problem is not rectified.
