when I asked D sports about availability on rdtv platform on their facebook page,here the reply...

We expect to be on RDTV by the end
of this month. As far as Tata Sky is
concerned we have made the channel
available to them but they have not
put it on air for reasons best known
to them. It will help if customers of
Tata Sky also call their customer care
and request early placement of
DSport channel. Thank you for your
interest in DSport...
