Yes it works for PCIe/PCI cards in computers having COM port.
Also it is for Set-top box Satellite Receivers with RS 232 Data port for easy updating of transponders and channels on computer and then flashing the exported file to STB. hya

This software is freely available. But one needs a Satellite Receiver with RS 232 data port to copy the files updated on a computer.
