When add kalvi TV ?

Thread title is misleading. Did they add some channel? I scanned but could not find one. I am not sure though if any South Indian channel added. Let's @Kannadiga or any other member may confirm.

Kalvi TV is a Tamil Local Education Channel Leading By TamilNadu Government Available in

Cable Networks Only. Its not a Satellite Channel and It's not available in DTHs. Because Its not get MIB License.
