Effective 6th February 2017 onwards all service visits will be charged for Premium Tata Sky customers. We were offering free service visit as special benefits for limited period however these benefits are no longer applicable.

The offer was for limited period and now everyone is same! :angry

Rs 200 as service charge is OK, only and only if TS Technicians/Engineers fix all issues that customers are facing in one visit.

They are safe from this bro. Only Platinum Pack and old Mega Pack customers are the sufferer with this move. As they are paying highest for all channels and not getting anything extra special now!
