Seeking Help Error 118-04 on Starplus and star gold

I recharge my stb after long time but star plus and start gold channel show error 118-04 and many channels blank

You need dish alignment bro not all Channels few channels are blank mostly regional channels

Certain channels are blank from Sun Direct side long time back:

1. Aakash Aath
2. Sangeet Bangla
3. OTV Odia
4. ABP Majha
5. MH One Music
6. Star Utsav
7. ABP News
8. India TV
9. Fashion TV India
10. Sanskar
11. Aastha

But Star Plus, Star Gold available, just realign your dish. Call Customer Care: 1800 123 7575.

I too felt same problem and same error code appears on my stb and cc was saying it's a technical error need to be visit technician...

These channels are down for two months due to lack of TP Space but by January end we expect these to be back.

If TP space is a problem, sundirect can create something like active window. So that who wish to see those channels can see.
If they have tie up with broadcaster,why should they pay without showing those channels

If they added DD channels from dd fd feeds,why they aren't add other private channels??
