Few buttons not working

Dear guys i have an issue, yesterday i had installed Tata Sky HD with zapper settop box with ultra pack and hd access free for one month, now the question is the home button and yellow message buttons are not working, however remote is responding with blinking light and red light also blinks on settop box but nothing comes on screen when i press either of them, all other functions are operating normally. What should i do..??

guys I called the CC and technician but they could not help me, they said it will be resolved once the first free month passes away, but today the software automatically updated and all the problem solved, everything is working and menu opens and closes fast with a new feature DD+ on the HD channels. I am truly happy...
