Frequent signal loss and Viewing card error

I have spent more than 2 thousand bucks in the past year or so, for frequent dish re-alignment/STB problems/other errors because of the 3rd grade chinese hardware Dish tv has been giving. But what's more agonising is that every time they take the money, they replace the STB/ antenna component with another crappy and used hardware. I am thinking of changing my DTH service. On top of all this, even the slightest of rains in Mumbai disrupt the signals for hours at a stretch, and even after the rain subsides completely it takes an hour to regain signal. Is someone else facing such problems? wall:wall
