Frequent stucks in V6 channels

Hi

I am observing frequent stucks in V6 channel ( 738 )picture is freeIng for a 2 second and the issue started yesterday morning.

Weather details : Partly cloudy

Setup box : HD DVR

Location Hyderabad, Telangana

Pls suggest how to overcome this. Callind customer care is waste
