Hi
I'm From Sri Lanka & I have been using a videocon for quite while
but I m unable to log into d2h website as i dont have the password
& when I generate it it goes to a non existing email & to follwing RTN 8015331XXX.
I tried to call that No from Sri Lanka but to no avail.
Could anyone help on this matter?
I have all the other details if required.

Just send a mail to d2h mentioning new mail address & asked them to reset it. They will do so.

Sent E mail to d2h asking help, but they said its illegal to use in Sri lanka.
But its available in Sri lanka in Open market
