1. How to tune FTA Channels ?
2. Do we need to pay for FTA Channels?

what setup u have ??? do u have FTA receiver at home?? you need KU band dish and FTA receiver to receive FTA channels on KU band. similarly for C Band u need c band dish.

I want to use My airtel digital TV STB as FTA reciver.

you cannot use airtel STB for receiving FTA channels, you will have to subscribe with airtel for receiving any channel.
