Frnds, U all know that ADTV updated its packs two days ago. Since I am in South value sports package, I asked CC to update my package. But he doesn't know about this updation of packs.So I asked him to connect my call to their higher official. But instead connecting my call he added Telugu FOC for free. So I am having 3 lifetime 3 topups....wall:wall

Just now i spoke to one of their cc he is still saying they have tamil pack1 and tamil pack2 but when i look into airtel website it is completely differnet.

I think it's Airtel's fault that cc cannot see the new packs while we can see on the website. Maybe wait for 2-3 days.

Brother in my grandmother's house also adtv and there I am using south super value prime(185/month) but from the last 6 month I am get all star sports channels without subscribing because of the automatic activation of ESS 12 month free topup.
I am use this connection from the last 5 years.So I think airtel give this type offers to selected customers who have use airtel connection continuesly.for eg:More than 5 years or 6 or continuesly using higher packs etc:tup
