Seeking Help Getting low sound on sd and non dolby supported channels

Hi Friends!
Just bought an Mi QLED TV and Zebronics 9800 soundbar and pretty much impressed by both of them till now..The only concern is whenever I switch to Tata Sky..I'm getting brilliant sound on dolby supported channels whereas extremely low on SD and non dolby HD channels..
My connection pattern :- Soundbar to TV :- HDMI EARC
Tata Sky to TV :- HDMI
Please help with this.

I don't get to see any of them mentioned by you in sound settings bro..Would you please explain a bit?

Yes This Is Enlable For Dolby Digital In Both & See What Haapen
