Getting Middle east channel on Freedish

4 THE BUDDIS
5 SAUDI TV 1
6 DUBAI TV
7 AL ARABIYA
8 SHAMSHAD TV
9 ARIANA TV
10 MASALA TV
11 HUM TV
12 PT HOME
13 DERANA

These are from SES 8, DishTV SriLanka Test Run.

I got the frequency in blind scan, its freq 12171, Pol H, Symbol Rate: 40699.

How can u say its ses8 singal of dishtv lanka???

Because Insat-4B Horizontal polarization transponders are not functional due to power bus problem, the above frequency is H pol.
