Getting very low signal...what to do ?

I am getting very low signal on
12642MHz 40700Kbps Vertical
and
12702MHz 40700Kbps Veetical
Im only getting 1-3% signal quality and strength

Channel affected the most is Star Sports HD 1...it goes blank..
Any one facing the same issue ?
Please help me....whats can be the issue ?

I am also having the same issue.....these 2 TP's show low signal compared to the others..... and at certain times of the day it says "No Signal" for some time of the day and then it comes back.....The TP's go out of signal one after the other.....
Are you facing the same issue????
What could be the solution???
Dish or LNB alignment won't be the solution since all the NSS6 TP's and other Asiasat 5 TP's show very high signal and even these 2 TP's are back with high signal by evening.....

press menu button , go to left one time .press ok button on stb info, again press blue button on ur remote controller. the u can see the signal level of all tps ..

check ur monoblock lnb and dish alignment.
