Only recently, we heard that Shamdat Sainuddeen had replaced Sanu John Varghese as the music director for Vishwaroopam 2. Now, the buzz is that KamalHaasan has signed on M Ghibran to compose the music for the film. The first film had music composed by the Bollywood trio Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy.
Ever since his debut in Vaagai Sooda Vaa, Ghibran has been referred to as a composer to watch out for. He followed it up with Vathikuchi and the recent Kuttipuli. We hear that Kamal was impressed with his work so far and brought him on board for the Vishwaroopam sequel.
When asked about this development, Ghibran refused to comment while sources in Kamal's office too remained noncommittal.
