I tuned a new satellite at Chennai. After channel research, came to know it is Telangana State Govt. Satellite. It is relayed from GSAT-8 55 East.But I tuned this satellite in southwest direction 70 degree west from DAD free dish. Two frequencies with 7 channels viewable. One is DTv3( religious channel- no Govt channel? Off by 6.30 pm) 12411/H/1500. Others are T sat nipuna, Disha, tsat1, mana tv1&2 and T sat Vidya at 10969 H 11629. Will post some picture below
