Breaking GTPL KCBPL upgrade their official Website

Like before they have packs ready for 270, 330, 400 etc etc (+20 with every pack for LCO cable channels) people have to choose that only, no modification nothing... As a result whoever is understanding the scenario and manage buying a new Dth connection is moving out.

Through Local cable operators LCOs which is done by them through GTPL Saathi website of GTPL whose servers remains continuously down and customers who visit LCO office for packages has to face the brunt..If online selection of channels or packages are started like all other D2H operators and also online payment for channels has to be started..Once the channels are selected online and also payments made online the channels should immediately start in STBs..This should be done immediately by GTPL Hathway for Gujarat and GTPL KCBPL for Kolkatta

Immediately quite not possible. In DTH, we need to send refresh command after that. they should implement one section by which one customer can send refresh command after paying payment through online portal
