Guys, according to this thread title, you already know, with which topic, this thread is dealing!!!
It is known to all that iTV Network is planning for a news channel for Odia region. But no news till now about channel's launch.

But today I found a link, where Kartikeya Sharma, Founder & Promoter of iTV Network, confirms about their channels portfolio including the odia channel too.
