Bro they are doing it only for promotion. Fastway and siti cable is present in this region from very long time. Due to high competition they are providing cheaper packs to attract customers from other cable networks.

But customers can't move to other cable network as their own like DTH.. They can operate in selected areas only.. Plus you have to buy new set top box...
