The Bombay High Court has passed an order for closure of Nimbus Communications in a lawsuit filed by the Union Bank of India for recovery of loans and bank guarantees.

The Court while passing the orders to wind up the company has cited the company’s financial status as “absolutely precarious”. The court has also directed its liquidator to attach Nimbus Communications’ properties for recovery of the bank dues.
