HD Bengali basic and gold pack doesn't have Zee channels?

I have checked, hd Bengali basic and gold pack having no Zee channels.
Even no Zee bangla hd and zee bangla cinema.
Even no Zee cinema, Zee anmol too.
How?

Having cheap packs and important channels.
Although some channels missing like Sony Sab hd.
