I have Tata Sky HD box with HDMI. Will Tata Sky provide me RCA Cable because there is space for that on my STB? What is charge of RCA Cable?

If your TV support HDMI port then no TATA Sky will not provide you that and if your TV don't have HDMI port then simply TATA Sky will replace the HDMI with RCA CABLE.
