HD Channels and many SD channels not working since last 5 days,

I am in Pune (In PCMC Area)
Since last 5 day my HD and many SD channels are not getting the signals.
Daily I am callling tollfree number to give miss call
and every day i am getting the message that my WO is allotted to engineer and he will call me before coming
At the end of the day i get the message due to heavy work load visit is postponed.

This is frustating and I have written mail to CEO and nodal officer yesterday
Still no response from them

Guys is there any other way to get rid of this problem.
please suggest also suggest can i resolve problem without depending on TS engineers.

I live in Dhaka Bangladesh and i am using Tata Sky HD. Personally i sold over 20 DTHs over the last few years to my friends and inner circle. Many of them also facing the same problem. The solution is very easy. You just have to change the position of your LNB by 2-3 degree to get proper signal. You can do it on your own.

post a ss of your Dish & Lnb, then we will help you better.
 
me 2 Facing same problem..HD channels gttng stuck.....:angry...
since 2006 1st tym m getting signal problam.
here my dish set up

Try to fine tune to Lnb, stand infront & move Lnb little right & check again.

after witting to CEO, I guees it worked , finally technician arrived to my place
but after 1 hour again the same issue and channels are not visible now

Gssaran bhai will try changing angle my self
