Seeking Help HD settop box record, pause and play issue

Frnds my HD setup box is not recording properly and also freezes when I pause and play after 5 to 10 minutes... Checked the pendrive, It's good and perfect. Even tried formatting it through my pc and Airtel set-top box. Still the recorded contents get deleted and not able pause and play tv
What's the replacement charges for HD box...???
Mine is manufactured by Jabil Circuit...

I just checked on their website it's 200 Rs + 150 Rs Visiting charges...
350 Rs...

Is this box a good one or shall I again ask for replacement

They will replace the faulty STB with a refurbished one bro. That's why you got this stb. You will get the new HEVC stb if you are taking a new connection or any dealers can replace the box with a hevc model I think.
