Help Need My d2h stb off no power light are shown

My Videocon d2h stb off permanent dead not turn on .
Customer Care says our engineer visit and take 150 rs fee . I say no to charge he transferred senior but phone cut. Stb under warranty.
Can any solution for that
Any one face same problem...

If STB is under warranty they will not charge, are you under 1 year from purchase.
