Seeking Help Help needed in HD 5555 RF Smart connect box

Today I upgraded to HD 5555 RF , but not able to access Smart connect services.

It asks as "subscribe to smart connect" .If I click on subscribe, error displays as exception subscription failed".

Looks like it may need a SW update to fix the issue...
