help needed to take tatasky transfer hd box and the package for one month

dear friends,i am planning to take tatasky hd transfer box from d2hhddvr i am from kerala can i take it online is it safe does they install i have bad experience with airtel 2years before when i took it online i had to make repeated calls to airtel after begging the technician to activate programs in airtel does this is the same case with tatasky also????? or i have to take the connection from dealer i dont know any dealer ???please advise me next is regarding package for one month the subscription is free is it so that i can take any pack i need to enjoy all hd channels for one month please advise me the package
