Yes it's true.. at least I can tell u from Dishtru HD + side.. channel used to telecast many movies in Hindi audio option in it's startin days.. then stopped it..currently u will get Hindi audio option but will not get Hindi audio..

activate it daily ₹1 As dbr from My airtel app.
and no hindi audio is there from broadcaster side
